The sale closed for $1,050,000 on November 26, 2014. The site is currently zoned A-1 with a comp plan of Res-3.
Ryan also closed on FishHawk Farms Estate Lot, located at 17515 Crossroads Lane, Lithia, FL for $92,000. The parcel is 9.2 acres and closed on November 24, 2014.
